The entire activity is carried out as a team, with each person having a well-defined role. We practice mutual support, active involvement and open communication

Our principles

Elite Club Academy promotes the following principles:

We are committed to supporting and respecting internationally recognized fundamental human rights. The right to education is ensured through compulsory general education, through high school and professional education, through higher education, as well as through other forms of instruction and training.

We encourage learning in all these forms. The platform we promote does not have the role of replacing education in its classical form, organized by schools and accredited institutions.

The basic training must be supported and supplemented with other innovative forms of education, focused on evolution, on current problems of society and on the demands of the business environment.

We believe that only through education and learning people can mentally evolve. And learning doesn’t have to stop with the completion of compulsory studies. For this reason, the platform promotes continuous learning and offers the possibility of improving the basic knowledge acquired, by completing professional training courses that help in the development of new skills and abilities.

We believe that vocational training providers have an essential role in the process of developing the skills and abilities of mature people. The economic and social future will be influenced by the level of people’s competencies, by their ability to adapt to the new changes and requirements of business environment, but also by the ability to respond to the obligations resulting from policies, standards, regulations or international directives, which will create a big influence our daily activity.

All this makes us responsible and determines us to be very well anchored in current realities, but also very attentive to new trends. We are committed to being a committed, engaged and responsible learning provider.

For us, the quality of the learning process is more than a strategy to create a competitive advantage. Customers’ requirements are an input into our management system and are identified through the analysis of the requests we receive and the studies made on the customer perception of the professional training field.

The courses we promote through our platform are made following a thorough research of the field they belong to. We assure customers that all courses and supporting materials go through a rigorous review process to ensure they are well structured and provide up-to-date information.

We encourage customers to access as many courses in the same category as possible, for an overall understanding of the issue being pursued.

We ask our partners to attach great importance to the quality of courses and other materials provided through the Elite Club Academy platform, to take responsibility for their originality and to make every effort to satisfy customer requirements.

At the same time, we ask our collaborators to monitor customer feedback and initiate actions to update the courses promoted through the Elite Club Academy platform.

We reserve the right to remove courses from the platform that are poorly rated by customers.

We reject any form of corruption and constantly promote compliance with the law in any field of activity. Also, we undertake that we will not be involved in any illegal or unethical act and will not use company funds for actions that encourage corruption.

We imperatively require our clients and partners to promote conduct based on professionalism, ethics, integrity and legality. We promote the idea of open dialogue and consider it a useful tool for preventing and avoiding situations of dissatisfaction or conflict, which could lead to corruption at the company level.

We want to develop a culture based on business ethics, professional ethics, honesty in relations with stakeholders, integrity and transparency towards our partners.

Through the company’s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct was adopted a consolidated system of organizational values and principles, which will be brought to the attention of all partners. This values and principles are respected by all the staff members behind the platform. At the same time, we follow the application of long-term development strategies of the entire company, considering the possible risks associated with the field of activity.

The Company has a zero-tolerance policy for sexual and racial harassment or discrimination or any other form of harassment and discrimination (religious, linguistic, sexual orientation, etc.).

Elite Club Academy will never agree to any form of discrimination. Anyone can be a user of the platform, but is necessary to have a professional and ethical conduct. We do not tolerate inappropriate language or discriminatory attitudes.
